What types treatment options are there for back pain and muscle spasms?

Posted on February 4, 2011

I get severe muscular neck and shoulder pain along with muscle spasms in my lower back. It's not an everyday thing, just every few days I will be really stiff. I was taking Mobic for inflammation for my knees, but my doctor gave me the OK to stop taking that about 5 months ago. I wanted to know if there is any treatment options besides taking a daily medication or going to the chiropractor. Thanks!

Do I have gingivitis?

Posted on January 1, 2011

Okay, first of all, I am going to the dentist next week, I would just like to know from you first.

I have not brushed my teeth for 3-4 years, I started doing it again earlier on this week. The thing is, I'd like to know if I have gingivitis or not.

What I'm confused about is how my teeth are perfectly healthy, so are my gums (At least from all the times I've checked... 100 times this week).I most likely have cavities, but everything else feels fine. I do not have any pain at all.

So, the main question; I have no pain at all in my mouth, my teeth and gums look healthy, my gums do not look inflamed, I do not bleed when brushing, flossing or doing anything for that matter. No pain in gums, no anything. As I feel no pain, appear not to have an inflammation in my gums nor any bleeding whatsoever, can I have gingivitis?
Since earlier on this week I started brushing four times a day, flossing once a day and mouth washing with listerine twice a day.

my teeth hurt just for no reason. Any advice why and how should I treat it?

Posted on November 23, 2010

I take care of my teeth by flossing every day and brushing with battery operated toothbrush. However, for the last couple of days, my teeth just hurt, just the front once and there is no inflammation or anything. I do not understand why.

periodontal gum disease or gingivitis? please help?

Posted on November 22, 2010

well i found this: Periodontitis
When gingivitis is not treated, it can advance to "periodontitis" (which means "inflammation around the tooth.") In periodontitis, gums pull away from the teeth and form "pockets" that are infected. The body's immune system fights the bacteria as the plaque spreads and grows below the gum line. Bacterial toxins and the body's enzymes fighting the infection actually start to break down the bone and connective tissue that hold teeth in place. If not treated, the bones, gums, and connective tissue that support the teeth are destroyed.

Some of my teeth are well they were red and swollen, now they are not coz i take care of them more. But about forming the pockets. what? Like 3 of my teeth it's like when my gums would recede then i think it would happen. Coz under my gumline there is like a slight pocket line. I have bad breath- it's gone better too. And my gums are a little pulled away from teeth too. i can go with floss like under my gum next to teeth

Acid Alkaline Diet Foods * Alkaline Foods *

SHOP.life-regenerator.com * http * REBOUND.life-regenerator.com * The foundation of all alkaline diets is to of course alkalize the body by consuming alkalizing foods! I personally have found that green juice is the best way to alkalize your body and feed your cells with fructose... ONLY the type of fructose that one would find in the form of whole, juiced or blended tree-ripened fruits. The extracted & processed form of fructose that you might see listed in processed foods is NOT a healthy choice. Don't be afraid to ask the produce manager at the store to sample the fruits before buying them, so you can make sure they are good. They will gladly allow you to do this... especially if you are nice! ;) Prioritize on being able to afford high quality food for yourself, as you are worth it! It is much better to spend money on building healthy, functioning cells for your own body, instead of later having to pay even more in doctors and hospital bills! You will be removing obstructions that potentially had been clogging up your thyroid gland, adrenals, thymus gland, and your heart... which all could have experienced some calcification with hydrogenated oils, starchy carbohydrates, spices & food additives which are really just acidic chemicals! These chemicals might stimulate in ways that temporarily feel good to your taste buds & your energy level, but they also create scarring inside the body's tissues... which then leads to inflammation... & then potentially to what is known ...
