Should I worry about these dark stains and streaks all over my teeth?
after I eat bread with blueberry jelly or drink blueberry juice or other juices? Are these stains likely to become plaque or tartar or do they represent any kind of damage to my teeth? After brushing thoroughly 2 or more times a day and flossing, these stains hardly come out. I also use Act mouthwash.
The jelly I prefer using doesn't have sugar added, but it does have natural fruit sugars in it. The difference may be trivial, but it has no extra refined sugar in it(consisting of blueberries and grape fruit juice concentrate, and citric acid - It's Polaner All-fruit blueberry jelly). How can I get these stains out, and can they lead to more serious issues?
They are mostly small and along the edges of my teeth. They do sort of come out, but most of the stains remain after brushing and flossing. I can only completely remove them by using my tooth scrapper. I do it very gently to avoid damaging anything.
