After wisdom teeth removal my teeth are sensitive and sticky…?

Posted on September 16, 2010

I had my teeth removed last Wednesday morning...so it's been a week. About 3 days ago, when I tried eating other stuff, I noticed a couple of my top teeth would stick to a couple of my bottom teeth. Because my teeth are sensitive, after the removal, it's really bothersome. Also, the tooth sensitivity is making me worry about eating. When I try chewing on something, I feel only the sligthest sudden pain and it diminishes. When I chew on food, some of my teeth kinda feel like loose teeth as if they'd fall out with the next bite.

Is this normal? What's going on?

About the stickiness: My back teeth also feel really fuzzy. I tried scraping them with toothpicks and it hardly did anything. I've brushed my teeth at least once a day since the removal. I didn't have plaque before and I only brushed twice a day.

I have gotten real lazy about going to the dentist…?

Posted on September 1, 2010

I have had no cavities ever, no gum issues, occasional plaque which I eradicate with Listerine and never any pain or "loose teeth."

Lately I have noticed that my wisdom tooth in the upper right molar, which has been visible in x-rays for the last 13 years, may be starting to break the gum surface. Am I a late bloomer for this? I am almost 30 years old. Can these teeth "come in" problem free? Everyone I know had to deal with getting them removed at age 20. Again I am having no pain nor discomfort.

How can I strengthen my teeth and rebuild enamel?

Posted on July 8, 2010

A bunch of my teeth are decaying, some past the point of being able to be saved, and the rest (especially the thinner ones in front) are this on the tips, like see-through. I'm so worried I'll loose teeth (mostly in the front) and I'll do anything I have to in order to save my poor teeth. I already brush them twice a day and use mouthwash. I know I need to floss (not sure I'm doing it right). I really need help. So...help? Please and thank you.
