what are the health benefits of eating alot of spicy food?

I eat alot of spicy food...
and i barely break a sweat!
earlier i made a quesadilla and put 12 red peppers inside of it...sprinkled a bunch of cayanne pepper powder and put habanero slices in it...i didnt even grab for a cup of water hahaha
'
i think i read somewhere that eating spicy foods speeds up metabolism and helps someone live longer...are these true?
if so what other health benefits are there?

What health benefits will I gain from jogging 3-5 miles every day?

My new plan is fast-walking/jogging 3-5 miles each day, depending on how long I can go for (I can always do at least 3). I'm wondering what NEAR-FUTURE health benefits (not 5 years away) will come from this. I'm mostly looking for outer physical benefits (muscles, skin, etc.) and inner physical benefits (better breathing, faster metabolism, etc.)
Answers are appreciated, but please don't tell my something that is already completely obvious haha. Thanks!
