Does toothpaste help get rid of spots on tounge after eating sour candy?
I ate quite a bit of toxic waste (sour candy) and i have lots of spots on my tounge will toothpate help get rid of it cos i heard that peppermint gum and mints do? x thanks

Well I have really bad morning breath so i brush my teeth and use mouthwash, but how do i keep my breath fresh after something like lunch during school? I don't want to deal with mints. i brush my teeth twice a day. What else can I do? I'm trying to impress a boy in my class. Also, something that will make my teeth white and sparkly?
P.S. I have braces, so no whitening strips.

How to cure bad breath?
I can brush and brush and brush some more and my breath still smells bad i even tried mints and that didn't work. Got any ideas. I haven't tried the mouth wash yet but thats next on the list. It hasn't been like that all that long and i can't go to the dentist on my budget. So anything please.
What to do about bad breath?
I have this problem that when I skip a meal or something, my breath really starts to smell (I think its called "hunger odor" or something). Otherwise, I smell fine, but if I skip one meal then I smell really bad. Gum or mints doesn't work on it. I don't skip meals often, but I need to occasionally, and I feel embarassed that I'm the only person who can't skip a meal once in awhile. Does anyone know any solution to stopping hunger odor other than eating (drinking water doesn't help me emuch either)? Also, I actually have no idea what I smell like when I am hungry (I just know that I don't smell great), so can anyone describe to me what the smell is like so that I can sesne it better?
