Sonicare Toothbrush Owners: Will it turn on without the head attached?
I have a sonicare toothbrush I am trying to see if it works. Will it turn on without a brush head? I don't have a new brush head but I want to make sure the thing works before buying them. It won't turn on as of now, but I wasn't sure if you had to have a head attached before it will turn on/vibrate or whatever.
I didn't buy it without a head moron. I bought it, then quit using it because I lost it, and the old head had been tossed. Now I am deciding whether to buy a new toothbrush all together or if I just need a new head. It is an advanced model with quadrapler or whatever that feature is called that is now on the essence model.
All I want to do is figure out if it works, is broken, or what.

Where can I buy those old, flat, Children's toothbrushes. (The ones with the characters on them?)?
I want to make toothbrush bracelets, but I can't find the old style toothbrushes!!! any suggestions?
