What is a good cooking oil which has health benefits?

Posted on July 12, 2011

I don't want olive oil. And I've heard canola oil is bad.

Do you know any other good oils that will not change the flavor of the food with no trans fat and less saturated fat. And has tons og healthy fat.

Do olives have any of the same health benefits of olive oil?

Posted on June 8, 2011

I realize that olives are very high in fat and in sodium, and that the sodium, in particular, is not healthy. Olive oil is high in fat (the good kind) but has no sodium, so is obviously a good choice in a health-conscious diet. But do olives themselves offer any benefit from having the same kind of good fat that's in olive oil??
