Tips that helped my hair to grow and get healthy
About a year ago my hair was in a sorry state. Over the past year I've worked hard to get it back in shape. I wanted to share some of what I've learned because I remember scouring youtube for help way back when! I really hope these tips help you on your hair journey

My whole food meal plan 4-5 meals with 1.5 cups of complex carbs- Beans, Whole Wheat Noodles, WW Bread, Brown Rice, Oatmeal 3oz protien or size of deck of cards -Chicken, Fish, Turkey, Beef 1 cup of vegetables-spinach, lettuce, cucumber, asparagus, green beans, celery I add 2 Eggs with one of my meals 2 Tbs of ground flax seed I mix it in with water and drink it I add an extra organic carrot to two of my meals I try to stay below 1000 MG of salt a day I only add salt to one meal a day. I use an organic salt (tastes better to me) I drink at least 4 glasses of water a day I do 45 min of cardio 6-7 days a week-I brisk walk right now, other things I would do-run,bike jump rope, any active sport, Once I follow this plan I can eat anything else I want, I try to stay with whole natural and organic food as much as possible, however I believe that if I have the nutritional base above my body can process most anything I eat quickly and will burn it off quickly with exercise.
