Does Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate in toothpaste cause canker sores?
I know that Sodium Lauryl Sulfate causes them, anyone know about this detergent in relation mouth ulcers?
Reality Jack, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I went from using common toothpastes with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate to pastes without it and I noticed a big decrease.
why do fair skinned, blonde haired people have naturally yellower teeth?
ive noticed that people (like me) that are extremely fair skinned toned with blonde hair have yellow teeth. not bad its just a naturally yellow-er tone. i try and whiten my teeth with pastes and mouthwash and it just never really does anything. is it just an apperance that they are yellow cause we are so light colored and darker people have more contrast against their teeth??
What is the most abrasive toothpaste for removing stains?
I have heard that Euthymol and Eucryl are good, but I don't know which one is more abrasive, or indeed if there are are any better pastes out there for said purpose.
Is there a such thing as brushing too much?
Ok, well. I have never really thought anything of it so I havent asked my dentist, but all my friends and even my husband mention that maybe I brush my teeth too much. I usually brush 3 times a day and I floss everyday. I use 3 different tooth brushes and 3 different pastes ( 1 kind for each time I brush) Sometime I brush 4-6 times a day depending on if I have a snack or a nasty taste in my mouth. Is brushing your teeth too much a bad thing?
did you know that plaque isn't real?
Plaque is a figment of the liberal media and the dental industry to scare you into buying useless appliances and pastes. Now, I've read the arguments on both sides, and I haven't found any evidence yet to support the need to brush your teeth. Ever.
