Plaque is a figment of the liberal media and the dental industry to scare you into buying useless appliances and pastes. Now, I've read the arguments on both sides, and I haven't found any evidence yet to support the need to brush your teeth. Ever.

i was told, Plaque is a figment of the liberal media and the dental industry to scare you into buying useless appliances and pastes. Also there is no need to be brushing our teeth, ever.
would you mind telling me more about this, or did someone go and try and mess me up?

Is fluoride in toothpaste dangerous?
Im just wandering , I know fluoride is very dangerous to ingest , but is it dangerous also in toothpaste for teeth , and just for my own knowledge what are pastes which don't use fluoride.
I use baking soda instead of toothpaste, is it too abrasive for my teeth enamel?
I sprinkle some on my tooth brush, I don't use anything else. I know they put it in toothpaste but I know they put a lot less than what I use. I don't want to use toothpaste because of the Fluoride (fluoride = poison). I know there are pastes out there that are fluoride free but I use baking soda as a cheaper alternative.
Does anyone know an alternative way to clean your teeth other than fluoride/backing soda dental paste?
I am alergic to the metal contents of those pastes and fluoride
