I am 15 and just getting my braces off this December days before my sweet 16th party. Because of the braces my teeth are yellowy and I need to know which white strip (available at Shoppers or common chain stores for under ) is the healthiest and quickest way whiten teeth without causing harm! Does the epidural and cortisol shot work effectively for back pain?
My mother in law has a herniated disc in her lower back and her pain doc wants her to get cortisol shots and epidural for treatment how effective are they based on your personal experience or knowledge of this treatment. i personally have allot of clients say it either doesn't work or it work for very little time not worth the money but what do u say and any other suggestions will be very helpful.
How do I use baking soda + toothpaste?
Do I put toothpaste on first, then just sprinkle some straight baking soda onto the toothbrush? If not, how do I do it?

Does anyone know of a good pain reliever/muscle relaxer for severe back pain?
Please don't tell me to ask my doctor. I had back surgery 12 years ago and have been to many docs. None of which has helped. Please don't tell me to stretch, do palates, etc. I've tried everything non-chemical already. I was wondering if anyone has personal experience. Every muscle relaxer I've tried just puts me to sleep. And pain relievers just make me really awake.

Okay so I think I have had these symptoms for 6 days now! Only my top right side of my gums are really swollen! The other parts of my mouth are fine. It really hurts and I dont think its a disease....I just think its gingivitis! im going for sure to the dentist tomorrow! but what are they really going to do to heal them? Im really freaking out right now and Im scared!!!! :( Can someone help me or tell me what happened to them on personal experience? Thanks so much!

thanks for the answers, but I dont want to know about its affect on my teeth... just about whitening toothpastes affect on an electric toothbrush (As I've been told it can get inside them and break them)
