2 questions, ill choose a best answer :) about acne and teeth.?
1- I wash my face with soap and water twice a day morning and night. But i still breakout with pimples. I am 14 years old, and dealing with stress too so that may be a problem. I used to use things like Nuetragena,oxy,clean&clear,st.ives,stridex,and many more of those things and i didnt like it, so thats why now i am only using regular soap now. I also have very oily skin. How do i make this acne go away without using the other things i mentioned? help?
2-I have braces and i am getting them off in 2 months, i want to know what are some good flosses, or brushes or toothpastes for puffy gums that bleed every time i brush? Also when i eat ice cream my teeth feel all tingley and it hurts , or like ice from a drink, anything also to help this?
i put toothpaste on my pimples at night and when i woke up its red all over?
i have some acne but 2 really big pimples just came out around my chin area and my friend told me to put some Colgate toothpaste on it and to leave it over night. i did and it seemed to have worked well but now 2 spots on my chin are pretty red almost looked like a burn and its embarrassing is there anyway i can get rid of it overnight?
