Hi guys! Many of you mentioned to me that they would be interested in what a week of my meals looked like. KEY POINTS I follow: -Variety is KEY (change up your meals/snacks) -5 small meals as opposed to 3 main meals -Reduce amount of dairy (upsets my stomach) ex. 0.5oz cheese -No more than 2 servings of fruit -ALWAYS include veggies at lunch and dinner -TRY to have my carbs in the morning-noon -Include healthy fats (peanut butter, canola oil, avocado, etc) -Carbs before working out, protein after -DO NOT DEPRIVE yourself (enjoy treats) -I DO NOT count calories CoffeeAM: www.CoffeeAM.com I showed my meals from Sunday evening to Friday night!
