What should I do with my hair after I wash it?
My hair is thick, almost to my butt, and it's coarse and frizzy and dry. Before I get in the shower, I completely comb my hair backwards so my part isn't showing. Then I'll shampoo it, making sure the part still isn't showing. Then I'll condition the long parts of my hair (not the top or the roots or anything). Then, I'll comb my hair in the shower with conditioner in it with a wide tooth comb. Then I'll apply another pump off conditioner in my hair and leave it in for about 5-8 minutes while I wash my body, my face, etc. etc. When I get outta the shower, I'll comb my hair with a wide tooth comb. Then I'll wring it out with a towel, comb it through again, and get dressed. Then, after I'm dressed and my hair has had about 10 minutes to air dry, I'll comb through it again with a wide tooth comb. Then I'll brush my hair back again so my part isn't showing, I'll flip my hair upside down, apply Biosilk serum to my hair and then I'll apply Aussie leave in conditioner. I'll frazzle it around a tad with my hands before flipping over again. I use Nexxus and Aussie shampoo/conditioner every day. I'll mix the two products in my hand before applying it to my wet hair. SOOO.... Am i doing everything right? I mean, after doing this my whole life (I'm a 13 year old girl in 7th grade) my hair is still frizzy and gross and always tangled! My hair is wavyish/straightish. I'm white, too. Thanks so much and please give me tips on how to have shiny, flawless, straight, beautiful hair. My hair is such a nuiscanse, it's hard to work with. I frequently get it trimmed, and cutting it all off is completely out of the question.
Thanks so much you guys!
I need home remedies for shiny hair, good products, etc. etc. (Also I use Pantene shampoo/conditioner SOMETIMES)
<3 bless you!

I'm 14 and I think I have Gingivitis?
I don't brush my teeth very often, or floss.
But my point is, that I think I might have gingivitus.
When I look at my bottom gums, parts of them look really thin, almost like they are wearing down, and like my teeth are starting to grow out of them. They look kinda white too.
They also have dark red and purple blotches. On my top gums, there is something small and white I don't know what it is though. It's defnitely not a canker sore, although I have several of those in other parts of my mouth.
Suprisingly, the bottom gums don't hurt, but it looks really nasty, espacially the part where the gums are wearing down, and you can practically see the roots of my teeth.
The most painful part is definitely the canker sores.
Please help!What should I do??
I know I should see my dentist, but it probably won't be for a while. What do you think it is??
I am only 14. Thanks!
I want to go back to my natural hair colour!?
My natural hair colour is auburn and for the last couple of years I've been through every colour you can think of (you can imagine what my hair looked like when I bleached it blonde at home...) and at the moment my hair is black and my roots are coming through. I really want to go back to my natural colour. Should I just grit my teeth and shell out at a hairdressers or is there any way I could go back with home hair colour?
My mom went to a dentist to have her teeth cleaned. The next day one of her teeth got inflamed?
The dentist prescribed Tetracycline antibiotics and said that he would have to make a gum surgery. He wants to separate the gum from the tooth temporarily so that he could access the roots and the bone to remove plaque from it. My mom is 71. The last time she had a problem with the tooth was 30 years ago. That was the time when she had a crown installed on it. She never had a problem with the tooth. Never saw pus coming out of it. And now after having it cleaned it got inflamed. The X-rays test revealed that the tooth is ok. What the dentists says is that he just wants to remove plaque from the tooth below the gum. Is it really so necessary to do to my 71 years old mom? Is it dangerous for her health?
When the dentist was cleaning the tooth he accidentally damaged the gum. My mom felt pain and there was blood.
The tooth that got inflamed is a molar.
