Most of us routinely and unconsciously avoid, resist or attempt to dismiss our unwanted emotions. Learning to accept them is rarely taught, but is essential for a healthy and happy life. The first step is noticing our body and how our body feels when we experience emotions like guilt, shame, anger, fear, etc. In that awareness, simply tapping on the end points of the major meridian system in our body releases the old emotional programming that's being energetically held there. These places in our bodies where we hold these emotions, are the places we can have illnesses or diseases in. EFT clears the roots that are holding the ...
Is there a mouth disease in toddlers that can cause cavities even though you practice good oral hygeine?
My daughter is 2.5 and had caps put on her 4 molars in Decmeber. She also had fluoride treatments in her whole mouth as well as sealents on her 2 year molars. We had always taken good care of her teeth, but now we take excellent care of her teeth. And yesterday, I discovered a new cavity on her incisor in her mouth that hurts her (even though it is only in the just turning white stage of a cavity). I have always heard if a cavity hurts you need a root canal or an extraction. Baby teeth can't get root canals because they don't have roots. Does anyone know if this is true? And Does anyone know of any kind of mouth disease she could have that is causing cavities even though she has good oral hygeine?? It doesn't make any sense. I am really worried.
What causes teeth to shift?
I haven't worn my retainers in a long time.
I was recently informed that people who have shifting teeth have periodontal disease. I thought that the shifting of teeth is caused by plaque that destroy the roots of the teeth at the gumline. Because the bacteria love to eat sugar, I hardly even eat food that contains a lot of sugar anymore. I have been sticking to only foods that come natural from the Earth such as vegetables, fruits, meat, bread, water, nuts. I don't drink juice or pop anymore because juice has a lot of sugar in it and has hardly any vitamins/antioxidants like a real fruit has. Orange juice from the local grocery store is not healthy. I am drinking more hard water because it has calcium which calcifies your teeth. I also brush my teeth 3 times a day.
What causes teeth shifting in the first place? Is it possible to have perfectly straight teeth in the first place without orthodontics? Why do many kids have crooked teeth? Is it really plaque that makes teeth shift?
Are dental braces harmful for teeth and eyesight?
I am an adult and I want to get dental braces.I have an overbite and I think that getting my teeth corrected will help me get a better jawline.. But my parents have advised me not to get braces because they say that if you move your teeth from their natural place, they can cause dental problems later in life. They say the treatment would erode the teeth enamel and weaken them from the roots. Also they say that dental braces affect your eyesight and your brain because of the strain that the cause. Is it true?
To dentistry students or dentists. Question about root canals?
Why some people have many root canals extractions and some not as many? Is it bacterial or/and microbial infection to nerve of the tooth' s root that causes for roots to be removed? Can having poor teeth health be inherited, or not? I know that good homme practice of daily flossing, fluoride rinsing and paste cleaning for teeth can be necessary. But at the same time, why do I get many root canal treatments lately? Have to do 3 teeth. Just want to know the causes. Thanks.
Also if dental assistants know the answer, please go ahead and answer.
Thanks Dr. Albert.

Has teeth whitening damaged my gums?
I had my teeth laser whitened a week and a half ago, they were painful throughout the procedure and now my upper gums are still really sore and tingly. They are constantly throbbing and feel quite burnt. Could any permanent damage have been caused? I have a dentists appointment this afternoon (my dentist did not do the procedure it was a clinic) Also my gums look like they have white marks on them, I do not know if this is my teeth roots showing through or some sort of blisters, burns or what. Please help!

Are allergic rhinitis and gingivitis impediments for enlisting?
I want to join the French Foreign Legion but have this health problems. My allergies force me to always have a handkerchief available. It doesn't give me other problems, it's just bothering and little attractive. Also, I have exposed roots, less gums than most people my age (27)
