Sharp lower back pain when I breathe in deeply?

Posted on February 19, 2011

I did some skull crusher exercises (where you lie on your back and lift dumbbells using your triceps), then after I got out of the shower I started getting sharp back pains in both side of my lower back when I breathe in deeply.
The pain is around the area where the rib cage ends, but in the back. The pains are like quick shocks and happen when my lungs are pretty much filled with air.
Anyone has an explanation for this?

What is the best teeth whitening product?

Posted on October 10, 2010

I have tried using various white strips (the old crest white strips, listerine, and colgate supreme) and a couple whitening trays but with everyone after the first treatment my teeth become sensitive and on the second i get VERY painful shocks in my teeth which i think is from the nerves. I dont know what the problem is but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. P.S. i use sensodyne religiously and it works great just not when i try to whiten my teeth.

electric shocks in my teeth?

Posted on July 21, 2010

shocks come out of nowhere during day and mainly affect my front top two teeth, but also happen on other teeth in anterior region of my mouth (incisors, even mandibular teeth). it feels like the shocks associated with teeth whitening (i had this done 2 yrs ago...never had a problem since). they happen about 2-5 times every 15 minutes, drinking or eating does not stlimulate shocks. shocks started up in early july. i had 8 small cavities (never had a cavity before) filled in early june. i went to the dentist and she checked condition of my enamel, gum recession, x-rays, and any cavities. she said that everything was fine. on high fluoride toothpaste now for 5 wks. she guesses that shocks are a result of the fact that only my mandibular/maxillary central incisors touch when i bite (i went to the othro and he said that my jaw did infact grow...i may need braces again...he gave me an essix retainer to protect my teeth at night...he is not sure what is wrong either). i'm 19 and sooo scared!!
