Should I get blond highlights, or black hair that looks red in the sunlight?

I can't decide... I have a medium skin tone, huge intense blue-green eyes and a normal nose. With fairly white teeth.
People say I'm gorgeous...... so I don't think I'm ugly.
Right now I have a sorta meduim brown light brown hair color.
But I want to do something with it.
My style is beachy boho if that helps any Thank youu

my tooth are hurting but no dental insurance what do i do?

one of my teeth is about to fall off lol . then the front one which is black in the back sorta hurts and on top of that my wisdom tooth is tryina come out!! damn those candies! what should i do? My whole mouth is hurting the enamel part. What should i do? how much will it be to see a dentist
