How do I acheive a beautiful smile on my wedding day?
I am getting married in October & of course want everything to be perfect but there's just one problem...my smile. I have nice straight, white teeth but I hate the way I look when I smile with my teeth. In pictures I always keep my mouth closed when smiling but since it's my wedding day I want a big teethy smile! I've tried smiling in the mirror but I think I look like a gopher! Any tips for a movie star smile?

What does Eastern medicine say is the significance of teeth?
I'd like to know what Eastern medicine says is the physio-pyschological connection where teeth are concerned. More specifically, I have beautiful, perfectly straight white teeth. However, I recently started noticing that the edge of my teeth by my gums are eroding. It started on the side teeth, but is now on the front teeth, as well. Because even the erosions are white (though the ones on side are a bit discolored), no one else has yet commented. I floss, brush, & don't smoke or drink a lot of coke or citrus beverages (though I do drink a lot of tea). Is there some sort of emotional, psych. problem with which I need to deal, that might make my gums healthier?
I am getting my braces off in 4 days and have some questions.?
I am getting my braces off in 4 days ( Friday, June 11th.) I want to know what it is like getting them off. What they do, is it painful, does it taste bad and what is it like afterwords. I really am excited I have had braces for about 18 months and have a lot of questions.
First of all I am afraid my teeth will NOT be white.
I never really took care of my teeth. Never brushed twice a day, only flossed when I needed to and so on. So once I got my braces on I started brushing a lot, flossing using mouth wash, fluoride etc.I never got complaints about needing to brush better ( unlike a lot of other people I have sen at the orthodontist office). On the walls they have posters of white spots on teeth from not brushing enough. Supposedly your teeth r white to start they but the brackets on u stop brushing,your teeth start to yellow. And when you go to get them off they have white spots from where the bracket was. I am afraid I will have the opposite effect. My teeth will be white with yellow center spots. Any ideas. I really want nice straight white teeth.
Do u have any recommendations for toothpastes for whiter teeth. What should I do once I get my braces off. And once they are off can I use whitening strips.
I just got my braces off I love my teeth they are straight and white. But I am really scared. I am not getting my retainer for 2 weeks. How much will my teeth move. I don't want my teeth 2 move.

Please help....My daughter brushes several times a day and has had her braces off for about 6 months and has beautiful straight white teeth, but she always has bad breath? What causes it & how can you prevent it?
