Giving up soda. What are the health benefits of unsweetened tea?
I'm giving up all sodas and was wondering if there are any health benefits from unsweetened, cold tea? I don't like sweet tea and don't want all the sugar.
What stains your teeth after you whiten them with Crest Whitening Strips?
I recently just whitened my teeth with crest and they are like, amazingly white! :D
So what stains teeth? Okay so I know for a fact that soda does so from now on I will refrain from drinking any.
Also I love chocolate pudding, Minute fruit punches, & Sweet tea! Will any of these three stain my teeth? I eat and drink these constantly.
Would brushing my teeth right after drinking a dark-colored drink keep it from staining my teeth?
I just got my teeth whitened and I'm a little paranoid about what I drink now. I love sweet tea & Diet Pepsi, but I've been trying not to drink so much of it because I know it's bad for my teeth. I still drink both of them occasionally though, so my question is if I brush my teeth like immediately after I drink it, will that keep it from staining my teeth or is it gonna stain no matter what?
Which kind of Crest Whitestrips should I buy for my first time ever whitening my teeth?
I'm 18 and I've never had the need to whiten my teeth before but recently noticed they were looking a little dull (probably from drinking more coffee and sweet tea within the last year or two) and I decided to go buy some Crest Whitestrips. When I got to the store though, to my amazement there were quite a few different kinds, so I came home and went to the Crest Whitestrips website to figure out which one I needed to buy for my first time whitening. The site doesn't tell me that though! So please help!
