I'm too nervous/scared to buy deodorant and teeth whitening strips and I'm 13? I'm retarded?
I feel stupid. My mom never buys me deodorant so I always use my moms or my sisters everyday without telling anyone. Also, I really wanted whitening strips..So I knew before I went to the store that I wanted these things, and I was like "okay i'm just being stupid and there's nothing to be shy about"..
But when I got there, it's like so different than I imagined. The drugstore had a lot of people in it..I got to the teeth whitening aisle and it's a really small aisle. There were like 8 people in that aisle and you have to press a button and wait for an employee to come and open up the plastic box with a key and get the whitening strips...i went into the aisle and then i went back out because i just couldn't do it..then i went over to the deodorant aisle and got bodywash..but then i just could not get the deodorant. i just got really nervous when i was there. there were just a lot of people passing by and stuff and my dad was right next to me.
PLEASE HELP!! I AM RETARDED

but i'm just really shy and i don't understand why i'm so uncomfortable with these things. how do i get over this?
i already started my period when i was 11, and i was too shy to tell her, but somehow she found out 2 years after i started it. and my mom bought me pads like 2 times. but i usually take my mom and sister's pads/tampons.
and i started crying in the car because i felt stupid and immature
