READ ME, READ ME.. I HAVE YOUR ANSWERS :D !! As asked by many this is a video on how I whiten my teeth at home. This has worked for me for years, it may not work for you, its just a tip I am sharing. Do not over do it as it may lead to you weakening your enamel. I only do it ONCE a WEEK, because I have SENSITIVE teeth and as you know too much of everything is bad for you, so please dont over do it, you will end up toothless lol and I will not go to prision for your toothless ass if you over do it. :P
Lines in teeth?!! PLEASE HELP?
I was away camping last week at a campground and while brushing my teeth one night I noticed a whitish, almost clear line in my bottom middle tooth. It's towards the top of my tooth, not near the gum line. It is with my acid erosion but is more down into the tooth. It doesn't hurt but it's scaring me. That came day I brushed my teeth fairly hard because someone had said they were noticing plaque in my teeth so I scratched it off with my tooth brush. I suffer from paranoia so it made me panic and my mouth hurt and everything but when my mind was on something else it didn't hurt, with my condition that means that it doesn't actually hurt, I just think it does. When I shine a light on it, there's a line the whole way down my tooth that looks like a crack but definitely isn't because I can't feel it no matter how hard I try.
Last night after arriving home I noticed that there was a tiny tiny line like the other one on a tooth 2 teeth away. This morning after getting up my gums feel swollen but I can't determine if they are or aren't because they do not look swollen, just feel it, and this may just be my paranoia.
I am going to make an appointment with a dentist, however I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and the thought of it makes me shake, I will go, I know I have to, but an idea of what is wrong would really help. I refuse to chew on those teeth because I am scared that it will make them worse. The lines aren't chalky, they look like thick pieces of acid erosion, but in the middle of my teeth, with no other erosion immediately surrounding it.

hi guys..um, my lips are natrually pink, i don't smoke, im a virgin soo it couldn't be STD or anything like that i haven't kissed anyone latley..its like there changing back but i want them to change quicker...brushing them with a tooth brush made it worse..vaseline and petroleum jelly burned and made it worse but that was about a week ago, it happend about a week ago after i had a cold..and my lips have been peeling and it hurts and there hard..and when i smile my lips hurt they feel tense and its like little skins have made a slit in my lip..and its hurts..and im thinking lemon would make it worse...im drinking water like crazy!! but it has helped but what can make this process go faster?? thanks guys.

using backing soda when brushing your teeth?
okay i heard baking soda will brighten your teeth if you use it while brushing them. is this true also if it is true how do you put it on your toothbrush....not to sound dumb or anything but do you just dip your tooth brush in baking soda or do you pour it on your tooth brush or do you mix your tooth paste and baking soda together???? and also are there any effects of you use this method like loss of enamel or anything? thanks a lot Want to get my teeth whiter.
Gums bleed when I brush them, Dentist says to just keep brushing?
okay, so like some, my gums (mostly the top side areas above the molars) bleed when I brush them. My dentist advises me to just keep brushing them and gave me a cheap tooth brush with "Gum massaging bristles".
