how long does tooth erosion take to occur?
i am HORRIFIED of tooth erosion for i had it in the past when i drowned myself in acidic foods and drinks. but now i always use my enamel protecting tooth paste and almost never drink sodas or anything, but i am having one now and am so scared that my teeth will erode fast, how long does it usually take?? please help me here
Is it ok to brush your teeth with salt water?
I have heard of rinsing with it, but I started brushing with it cause tooth paste always left my mouth hurting and sticky teeth feeling, I started brushing with a bit ofwarm salt water....my teeth have never felt cleaner and my gums stopped hurting....this is my routine, brush (with a charcoal toothbrush) w/ salt water, floss and rinse. I just want to know if brushing with salt water is ok?
Questions about retainers? After braces.?
So, i got my braces off on Wednesday and i got my retainer then as well. Yesterday when i was cleaning my teeth just before bed i noticed my retainer had plaque on it. Also there was an odor. I cleaned it with tooth paste and it looked better and this morning the same thing happened again! Is there anyway i could stop this? I clean my teeth thoroughly before bed and also use mouthwash and floss. Thanks!

I've heard that putting tooth-paste on a pimple overnight will not only soothe the redness but also eliminate the zit,, is this true?
Teeth whitening and hydrogen peroxide to brush your teeth?
I use hydrogen peroxide to bruh my teeth, it kills a lot ofth bacteria and I find that I don't have barely any plaque after. Can I just use hydrogen peroxide or do I also hav to use tooth paste as well? Thanks! Also, Do you kno any other home remedies that help whiten your teeth? Thanks!

ok i got white skin im mexican american i live in san jose i spend around 1-2 hours in the sun i rarely swet i have a verry oily nose that is covered wit annoying blackheads & my goal is to first of all get compleatly clear skin then get white skinned yes i have tryd to wear sunblock on my face but it gets irritatec then i tryd removing the black heads with tooth paste im 13 turning 14 next month but i seriously want to get PALE SKIN ! thank you

I get my braces off in 2 weeks and I want a really white smile- like the girl on the crest whitening strips commercial has. I use Crest 3D whitening tooth paste already, and the only thing I ever drink is water, and I obviously don't smoke since I'm a teenager. I'm willing to try anything except professional whitening. What should you have in a dental kit for braces?
Well i seen a lot of people who have this and i thought maybe this could come in handy , so i decided to make .....one i already have :
pain relievers
dental floss +thing you use to thread through the braces to floss
portable toothbrush + tooth paste
and thats basically it so what else do you think i should put or add
