How to deal with bad breath?
I wake up and have morning breathing and i can tell, because when my breath stinks i get this taste in my mouth. I go to the bathroom brush my teeth and gargle. Then about 15-20 minutes later, i get that taste in my mouth again, my breather stinks again. I eat a mint, as soon as its gone the taste comes back. How can i keep my breath fresh all day without buying a certain tooth paste, buying a certain mouthwash, or constantly eating a mint or gum?
WHITER TEETH…mine are getting ridiculous!!?
Over the years, even though i brush 2 times a day, floss, and don't drink coffee or eat sugar all the time....my teeth are really yellow!! I use the extra whitening tooth paste but that doesn't really help... How can i whiten them!! plz tell me what REALLY works!! Also...i can't spend a lot of money on this....so cheap please!

I need some cheap home remedies... and is baking soda ok for skin, i heard it whitens it... but i dont know if its safe... and i am sure tooth paste isnt ok.... and any other remedies? i hate pimples so much!

i was brushing my teeth and parts of my gums fell out, what should i do?
it was this morning and i was like half asleep, i just remember brushing my teeth and 2 piecies of pinish redish things fell out when i spit. i know it wasnt my tooth paste because my tooth paste is blue. also today i noticed that there are like spaces on my gums and every so often they will bleed. what exactly should i do? btw when ever i brush i spit out blood. not alot but some.
