How to clear my face without any acne products?
I'm allergic to acne cream. I get pimples once in awhile but I have white heads on my forehead and I was wondering if there's any possible way to get rid of them?
I try tooth paste but that doesn't work for me.
I have black heads all over my nose too. Is there any way to get rid of them?
Could this replace brushing my teeth?
I forgot to brush my teeth and I was bored, so I put about the same amount of tooth paste as I would put on a tooth brush onto my tongue, put some water in my mouth, and swished. I did this twice.
Would this do anything at all?

Ok so I just got braces 4-20-10 and i need to know what Type of toothpaste to use. I know i cant use the ones that whiten your teeth because they will cause spots when the braces are taken off. So what ingredient in the toothpaste whitens teeth? I need to know that way i can watch out for it when i go to the store to buy some toothpaste. ok so what type of tooth paste should i use and where can i buy it?
