Women: How do you deal with facial hair, eh?

I don't really mess with my upper lip, but my chin kind of gets annoying... Using the tweezers is also just like teeth grinding. Any suggestions?

Oral Herpes or Canker Sores?

Posted on April 17, 2011

I noticed this morning that in the middle of my lower lip (specifically where my upper lip meets my lower lip) I felt a canker sore, I think, coming in. It hurt just like an ordinary canker sore inside your mouth. I hadn't accidentally bit it or anything, so I'm a little worried. Later tonight I noticed that the 'sore' got larger and white, almost like a canker sore inside your mouth or a pimple. I've looked online and herpes seems to be clusters around the outside area of the mouth and technically (although I may be talking myself into this) mine is on the inside and just one white bump.

I have never gotten cold sores before/oral herpes and I don't think I've kissed anyone with oral herpes so I don't know if it's just a canker sore or herpes. Is it possible to have a canker sore right where the dry part of my lower lip meets the 'wet' part? Help!

I tried taking a blackhead out from my lip line and i woke up with a swollen upper lip!!!?

Posted on March 26, 2011

Last night my mom took out my blackhead from my lipline. It was extremely painful, but i felt most of it come out. Problem is i think a bit is still in there. Anyways i woke up this morning with an ugly swollen lip! I think part of it was from picking at the blackhead, but as she did that i had my upper lip curled inside (so i was clenching the lip with my teeth). So is it from the hard biting?? After the biting my lip had looked weird and felt weird too! Help!! How do i get rid of this swelling, and what could it have been?? :(

Problems with 3 lip piercings, DESPERATELY NEED HELP!!!!?

Posted on February 12, 2011

Okay so I got my bottom left lip pierced 3 years ago. (by professional)
2 years after, I got a monroe piercing (upper lip on the left). also by a professional.
and 2 days ago, I pierced my bottom right lip because I really wanted snakebite. (did on my own)

I pierced it with a disinfected 20g needle and put the jewelry through. I used a small lip barbel because it was the longest one I had and I knew it would swell. So I put it through, and it didn't go through all the way. So I went to bed with it through but right before the last layer of skin.

When i woke up, I brushed my teeth, rinsed with salt water and I shoved the barbel in to go in all the way and screwed in the ball inside. so then it was completed.

It got really swollen during the day and today it's been 2 days. The swelling it a bit worse and it slightly going over the jewelry. There's a bump surrounding the piercings and now I'm worried. I rinsed regularly with salt water.
It hurts a little bit if i were to apply pressure on it, but other than that, it has NOT been leaking puss or anything. just really swollen.

I know what I did was stupid and risky and now I'm worried if it's infected.

Yesterday, I took my monroe piercing out because my snakebite piercing looked better without it and before i went to bed, the whole was CLOSED!!!!! so I pierced through that thin layer of skin and now it's doing fine. but whats weird is that I got it done 1 year ago and i left it open for 8 hours max and it closed..

now im just concerned about my fresh one.

any advice?
Thanks Rachel.
But the one I got on my bottom lip was done 3 years ago and I could leave it open for weeks and it wouldn't close!

Would a girl like boy with braces? and do protruded teeth really ruin your look?

Theres a girl I really wanna date this summer, I'm 16 and I have quite protruded teeth, but, uh, idk, I'm getting braces and I don't know whether she'd like me with or without them.
And do protruded teeth really ruin your smile, or look? I know and I have noticed that my upper lip is upper than normal, lol but I don't know.
