If there is pain, inflammation, congestion, acidosis or stagnation in your body, it is because your cells are too acidic. In order for our cells to function, they need to be alkalized! But we are living in an acid world! Meat, dairy, bread, refined sugar, etc. are ALL acid-forming foods! We need to all get on fruits and vegetables! Fruit is alkalizing. Leafy greens are alkalizing.
