how to get rid of canker sores?
i need to know how to get rid of canker sores withought buying anything. I heard putting salt and warm water on a q-tip works but is there any other way to get rid of them in a day? i just got myn this morning so would it go away faster
btw, it doesent hurt or anything its just big and i cant stop touching it
Brushing your teeth and drinking tea?
So this might seem like a stupid question... but you know how you're supposed to wash your face with warm water... because hot water kills germs? Well, does brushing your teeth with warm water or drinking hot tea kill germs in your mouth?
crest whitestrips usage question?
hi i bought crest whitestrips premium plus before , and i have a couple of questions that would make the strips work better.
1. after u brush ur teeth without toothpaste to remove plaque , do u rinse it with cold - medium or warm water to open the pores?
2. after i applied the strips to my teeth and the gel starts to work , on my bottom teeth somehow saliva mixes with the gel on my front lower teeth and it stops being really attached to it.
now my question is , do i have to keep pressing on my lower strip to make sure it keeps contact with my teeth , or does that just cause the gel to be pushed away from my teeth and be later on swallowed/spitted.
also when i remove my upper strip , i can see the gel still on my teeth , however the lower strip is just all saliva really.
i guess cuz my lower teeth aint perfectly straight and thats where you produce saliva the most , it just goes under the strips and cause the effect to be less good.
also with what do u rinse after?

How to make salt water rines at home?
Salt water can help w/ gingivitis, how do you make it at home? How much salt do you need? Do you use warm water?
For Canker Sores, does rinsing your mouth with warm water mixed with salt really help it heal?
If it does work, should your mouth then be rinsed with just warm water afterwards?
Does toothpaste get rid of spots?
I no for a fact that getting your spots dry helps them go away ,
and toothpaste helps them get dry
So see if i put toothpaste on my spots at night and wash my face with warm water in the morning , will it help ? ?
