Okay so I just quit chewing tabacco and I have absolutly no money, but yellow teeth. I Total whiening toothpaste in my bathroom and plenty of gum wrapers...You think it will work and is it a good idea to mold the gum wraper around my teeth, fill it with whitening toothpaste if I want whiter teeth?

I drink coffee in the morning but brush my teeth with whitening toothpaste so my teeth wont look like I do. A friend said it wouldn't help, but I think it would. What do you say?

I've been using toothpaste with baking soda in it. I'm concerned because I have braces. Most people say that whitening toothpaste doesn't work very well. Is this going to bleach my teeth?

I brush my teeth twice a day using an automatic Oral-B Braun toothbrush using Colgate Total Care with Whitening toothpaste.
I use ACT Restoring Mouthwash daily.
I use the Crest 5 minutes a day Whitening Strips with Tartar protection.
I don't drink coffee or any kind of soda pop.
I don't eat candy.
I don't smoke anything at all.
However I don't floss daily.
Is this enough to ensure healthy teeth?
How long for a nice set of pearly whites?

I would like it if a dentist could preferably help me here? Well, I am 13 and I have always kind of "obsessed" over my teeth. I had my braces taken out at new year and my teeth are perfectly straight and white. No stains or nothing. My dentist said my teeth are one of the whitest shades you can get, so there is no point in whitening them. It wont really make a difference, so I'm wasting my money.People say I am too obsessed my teeth are perfect, but I just love white straight teeth. Ok so anyway, I was wondering if I maybe brush too much? This is my regime:
Night~
I use Colgate Anti-Tartar Plus Whitening*
I brush my teeth with my electric toothbrush (Oral-B) for 3-4 minutes, if i only do it for 2 i feel like they aren't clean. And i rinse
Then i use a normal toothbrush and brush my teeth again for around a minute. Rinse
Then i floss all spaces between my teeth and the very back ones. I can't do my front six or bottom because i have a wire behind them which is coming off in march. then i rinse my teeth for any remaining plaque.
Then i use Listerine's Total Care Clean Mint mouthwash.
Morning~
Basically the same as above i just miss out the flossing i do that every night.
I brush my teeth twice a day and i eat chewing gum throughout the day as I am at school.
i was wondering if maybe this is too much and i am brushing away my enamel? And also, any recomendations to a good whitening toothpaste that also removes any plaque? I am very interested in dental stuff and I am planning on becoming one when i am older. Thanks for reading x
Also, at the bottom of my front four teeth and bottom four teeth they are slightly clear. I know it's not a very big thing, but should i worry about it? because it is ever so slightly clear and i have jagged bits but i know they will wear down in time. Thanks again! x
