I've been using these 30 minute Crest 3D White strips two times a day for 1 week! My teeth actually look yellow in the video... but they are WHITE, like a white piece of paper from the printer! It is recommended you only use these once a day but I did not experience any tooth sensitivity doing this, and I have been using teeth bleaching treatments for 6 years now. Because I use bleaching treatments before, I think I gained tolerance and I just don't feel sensitivity anymore :) I like the strips more than the 2-hour whitening treatments because those treatments really do give me tooth sensitivity because the bleach is more concentrated, and in addition I just don't feel comfortable putting chemical in my mouth for that long. I ordered these on Amazon for dollars. I also had a off coupon from Amazon, so it was a purchase :) It arrived in 3 days, despite telling me it will come in 2 weeks. Hi guys, this is a requested video showcasing the products I use to keep my teeth white. Hope this was helpful :) Disclaimer: As stated above, this is MY routine and what I USE. These products may cause gum irritation or temporary tooth sensitivity but it was something that I was able to overcome. I've consulted with my dentist about using these products and he gave me the 'okay'. Do your research to find out what whitening products will work for you. If you have really sensitive teeth, use a whitener with less concentration. Also try to avoid eating/drinking things that might stain your teeth like black tea, coffee, soda pop, etc.. I wouldn't recommend this product to people with sensitive teeth. If the pain continues after use, try brushing your teeth with Sensodyne toothpaste, it helps! i forgot to say in the vid!! use chapstick BEFORE WHITENING! this is how i whiten my teeth. i use equate brand whitening strips and dr. georges original teeth whitening gel! i put the gel on my teeth and the strips, leave for 30 mins or less if it starts to burn, and viola! you'll be a whole shade whiter!(: hope this works!
