Powerful Pain Relief,
The ThermaCare Heat Wraps are fantastic. I always have a couple of packs with me at home, at work, or on the road. The heat is centered right on the lower spine and loosens the muscles quickly and comfortably. A wonderful product for those of us with recurrent lower back pain whether it be from muscles or actual degeneration of the spine.

These are basically useless!,
I found this product to produce such low intensity of heat as to be useless! I went through two boxes trying to give relief to a pulled muscle in my back but the heat was so minute that, in my frustration and pain, I threw out all the remaining wraps and bought a plug in heating pad. The heating pad worked beautifully to relieve the pain but of course it is not portable. Maybe all the boxes I got from Amazon were defective but I found no relief from the pain when I tried using these items extensively. And I followed the directions to the letter. The other reviewers found this product to be very good so maybe my pulled muscle was too severe and I just needed a steadier, more intense heat source than these wraps can provice. I suggest you try a single box of these from your local store before you buy the case from Amazon like I did. You may find them to heat up enough to suite your needs. I did NOT! Good luck…..I sympathize with you and your pain!
