I usually use listerine and a toothbrush to clean them but it turns them orange sometimes. Then I soak them under hot water for a little bit. I'm just getting over being sick and I feel if I don't clean them properly I'm just going to put germs right back into my system. Is there any other ways to clean them?

There are many ways to clean them including Invisalign’s cleaning system which you can get from your orthodontist that will keep them crystal clear. A cheaper way that I’ve read works great is simply antibacterial soap and water, scrubbing with a tooth brush. Here is a great article about ways to clean your Invisalign: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/227818/how_to_clean_invisalign_braces.html
I just got fitted for Invisalign and am keeping a blog on my experience so far. http://my-invisalign.blogspot.com/

Have you tried efferdent. they make that for cleaning false teeth overnight. which even has listerine in it ,or you could try a non alcoholic mouth wash like UNCLE TOM’S of maine.
