Sensodyne Pronamel is a great toothpaste for helping harden soft enamel and it also protects against acid wear. A daily fluoride rinse will also help prevent further damage. If your enamel is severely damaged, it cannot be cured by a toothpaste. Enamel is a mineral that does not repair itself unfortunatley. Good luck!

Prevident, a prescription tooth paste, has a high level of fluoride. Also ask your dentist about which fluoride rinses he would recommend. And lastly, have the dental hygienist apply topical application of fluoride to your teeth every 6 months. Good luck.

Try Sensodyne Pro enamel! Great stuff anything that says pro enamel is good. i think crest has one too, it’s blue. I don’t know of a mouth wash other then maybe a fluoride rinse may help. Good luck!
