Why do I always have to blow my nose after brushing my teeth?

Posted on September 2, 2010

Could it be that I am allergic to toothpaste? I am always stuffed up after brushing my teeth. Does anyone else experience this?

  1. looks like you have a mouth breathing habit.
while brushing you are unable to breathe thru your mouth and the result is that the nose feels blocked.
