I have been a heavy smoker for the past 8 years and used to have stained teeth.. And I mean really badly stained.
Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-)
The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I noticed a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.
There is a product out there that helped me get my teeth white in 2 weeks flat.. It ships in a day or two and it only costs $1 using a coupon.
get it urself from http://www.teethclub.com and use the coupon:SMILE
Enjoy your white teeth with this product and stay away from other rip offs with fake promises.
PS: It took me years of trial and error to get to this miracle product and I would love to share my experience with you.

try using crest whitening strips, whiting toothpaste, whitening mouth wash… and so on. And if these don’t work just get them done professionally, because that’s how the movies stars do it. brushing them for a long period of time probably will just make your gums irritated and your teeth Very clean.
HOPE THIS HELPED!

No, brushing your teeth for long periods of time will not get them whiter. In fact, it may do the opposite. The bristles on the brush can damage your enamel if you keep on it over along period of time and make your teeth more susceptible to staining.

As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.
What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.
