Would i have multiple health risks if i have to do these things ?
I'm an cross dresser and I work part time at an strip club on the weekends. I usually wear an mini tube dress with some 6 inch stiletto platforms and a lot of makeup. I'm in the outfit for about 6 to 7 hours each weekend night and sometimes the heels hurt but i love wearing them for the club because it makes me feel sexy. But I've heard from some co workers that have told me that i could have some serious multiple health issues because of what i do. Sometimes the guests who are guys ask me to give them oral sex because they thought i was a real woman because of my makeup, I got some of the girl workers at the club to apply my makeup. But do you think my co workers are actually right when they say i could have some serious health problems ? They told me that i could get my feet damage because i don't take them off during break like they do and i could have STD. They told me that they get checked by their doctors every once a week and they are doing stripping to pay for college. Do you really think that they are right about my health ? Should I go to my doctor to get checked out ? The last time i got checked out by my doctor was 1 year ago.

It sounds like you’re asking about two different things: damaged caused by shoes and oral sex related STDs.
Shoes:
High heals can potentially cause damage to feet and joints. It depends on a number of factors. How often heals are worn? How high the heal is? How much time is spent on your feet while wearing them? And of course, the genetic factors of the individuals. Do your parents or grand parents have bad knees, hips, or arthritis?
For example: My grandma has bad knees and feet which has lead to several surgeries. So, its the limited fashion range of flats for me (and my cousins should they ever decide to wear woman’s shoes)
High heels are mostly hard on the joints. They shift the weight distribution, change your center of balance. (all that fun physics stuff we thought we’d never use in real life!) They can also cause problems because of the narrowness.
If your feet and knees don’t hurt at the end of the day, you’re probably safe on that end. Your hips won’t be telling you about the damage you’re taking though, so they’re still at risk.
STDs:
You can get STDs from oral sex. Most diseases that we are at risk for with anal or vaginal sex can also be contracted with oral sex. Have you seen genital herpes? You can get that in your throat after oral! Its pretty painful from what I hear. And genital herpes is one that is contagious even if the infected person doesn’t have an active out break. So, you could get infected by someone who looks perfectly healthy. It gets worse… there isn’t a cure for that type of herpes.
You should definitely get checked out more frequently than once a year if you are having unprotected sex (even if it is oral) with people you don’t know (and even if its with ones you think you do know). Once a week might be a bit much. That really depends on how many people they are having sex with each week.
The moral of the story: Be careful. Get checked out.

If you did give those guys Oral Sex it is possible to get a lot of STDs, so yes they are right for you to get checked. Also its kind of messed up to deceive a guy into thinking your a girl if your going to get intimate with them.
