  1. Try brushing them with baking soda. It works for my family. I also read in some kinda health thing that fine charcoal powder works great (which I believe you can get at pretty much any health store).

  2. Um, stop lying?

Then, I’d actually floss, brush and rinse. Every day. For an extended period of time.

  3. I’ve never tried it, but apparently charcoal is the best thing to get your teeth white.

  4. ummm…. you have problems~BRUSH THEM BIATCH

  5. Go to your dentist and have the Britesmile technique done on them. Takes about an hour and you will have perfect, white teeth afterward.

  6. I would recommend a change in your diet. The food you consume may be the main cause of teeth discoloration. If you consume foods loaded with sugar or drink mostly caffeine drinks you may be exposing your teeth to potential harm. Also if tou smoke, your teeth will certainly become discolored. You should brush and floss your teeth every night and morning and after every meal. Make sure you are flossing correctly.

  7. well, do you smoke or drink coffee? drinking coffee and coke and stuff can stain your teeth. and you should use sensodyne, or tooth soap. sensodyne cleans really well, and protects your teeth. tooth soap, so i’ve heard, is a little better but I don’t really remember why.
