I’ve been struggling with my right hip and L5. I’ve focused on cat cow, threading needle and up/down dog with sun salutations- there are other poses from my class, but I honestly forget the names :p
I’ve gained massive flexibility, but from time to time, my right hip still feels out of place. When I’m on my back and I focus on flattening my lower back my right hip always feels a little more pitched into the floor.
It would be nice to see some more specific corrective hip poses.

Wow I think that’s my problem, underdeveloped abs! My spine really arches in at the lower back and it’s sometimes uncomfortable, so does that mean I should be doing lower ab excersizes because the problem is my lower back? And then eventually my back will straighten out a bit and the discomfort will go away???
